As NEXTDC was formed in 2010, the financial reports reveal quite a lot about the company and its successes and failures since establishment. Interestingly, the financial report has features that may be unusual for other businesses and organisations an example being its published the number of women in the company and that out of these, zero have a high profile / high power position.
It can also be noted after research, that the company uses an external accounting firm to review and confirm the information is true and factual.
NEXTDC is a business that has limited competition yet has a narrow market for customers therefore it is interesting to analyse and predict potential avenues for the company to expand and diversify.

Hey Grace thats really interesting to here! Why do you think they don't have women in high profile positions? Do you have any recommendations to ensure that your company's narrow market for customers doesn't effect the business' success?
